Main Last Night Was Not Wasted

While the city slept, team on Proektna,3 was loading transparent glass waste so that this morning it could be sent for recycling — to a place where it becomes a useful resource again, instead of litter underfoot.

Each ton collected means tens of thousands fewer shards in our courtyards, along riverbanks, and in forest strips. It means fewer injuries for children and animals, less waste ending up in landfills, and more cleanliness, order, and responsibility.

We continue our work quietly, consistently, and persistently — day and night.
But without you — the people who sort, bring, and support — this night’s effort would not have been possible.
